Land Use Development and Regulation: We assist our clients who wish to develop their property in working with the myriad of municipal and state land development regulations. We bring a unique perspective to this work as we have represented both developers and municipalities. By creating when possible an attitude of partnership with the municipality, we have successfully shepherded numerous developments through the many boards and commissions that have jurisdiction. We also represent individuals with simple zoning problems, be it a simple setback variance or proving a pre-existing non-conformity. Each application and each client is unique. |
